We use a number of delivery partners across Australia to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service.
Furniture items are delivered by our home delivery partner, Monday to Saturday, 6.00am – 6.00pm. While we deliver to most locations in Australia, there are currently a few locations we do not offer purchase or delivery to for large items. To check whether we deliver to your area, simply complete the delivery address and postcode details at check out. If we do not deliver to your area, you will receive a response and be provided with an opportunity to contact us.
Our home delivery service price is $120 for metropolitan areas.
The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout.
Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode. When your product/s are ready for delivery you will be contacted by a Sales Consultant who will organise a mutually agreeable delivery time.
Storage & missed deliveries
Please note: If you miss your furniture delivery, you will be charged a redelivery fee. We always call prior to your delivery date to ensure you will be available to receive the item, so if you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know.
You must collect or take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day that we notify you that they are available. If you fail to do so, Bay Leather may charge storage fees of $50 per delivery per week and/or cancel your order.
