Why can’t I purchase everything that is shown on your website?
Not all products can be purchased online. If you would like to check if a product is available in your local store, you can call your nearest store.
Can I see my past orders?
You will be able to view your current order online. For any previous orders you will have to contact the store you placed the order with directly. If you have any questions on your current order please Contact Us.
Do you show everything on your website that is available in store?
At Bay Leather we take great pride in keeping up with the latest trends which means we have new products and styles arriving in store all the time. We do our best to display everything that is available in store on our website, but sometimes you may find some extra items in store. If you can’t find what you’re looking for online, visit your closest Bay Leather store.
I can’t find my order confirmation; can you please resend it?
Your past purchases will be displayed in your account if you have made a purchase online. If you need to have your order acknowledgement or tax invoice re-sent, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you deliver to my area?
While we deliver to most locations in Australia, there are currently a few locations we do not offer purchase or delivery to for large items. To check whether we deliver to your area, simply complete the delivery address and postcode details at check out. If we do not deliver to your area, you will receive a response and be provided with an opportunity to Contact Us.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Our delivery times vary depending on the product you are ordering and your location.
Furniture items that are made-to-order are generally delivered within 12-14 weeks.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not currently deliver to any locations outside of Australia.
Can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

Are there any warranties available with furniture purchases?
